Terms and Conditions (The Rules)
Dogs
- All dogs must be fully vaccinated and be up to date with worming/ flea and tick treatments.
- Please ensure you have your own insurance for your dog before using the field.
- If your dog, or any other dog from the same household shows signs of ill health, including vomiting, diarrhea, coughing or general lethargy, you must cancel your booking. There may be other dogs using the field who have a weakened immune system.
- Please ensure you walk the perimeter of the field, to ensure it's suitability for your dog/s before letting him/her off the lead for the first time.
- Aversive training equipment is not permitted at the field. This includes, but is not limited to electric collars, spray collars, prong collars, rattle cans and corrector spray.
Poo & Litter
- All dog poo must be picked up immediately and put in the dog waste bin provided.
- Please do not drop or leave any litter in the field.
- Please remove any toys or balls, especially any broken bits as another dog may ingest them.
Bookings
- In order to make a booking for the first time you must register your details.
- Payment is required at time of booking.
- Booked sessions are non refundable.
- Bookings are non transferable. The person who makes the booking should be present at the session. Anyone else in attendance should be made aware of the Terms and Conditions.
- The field is for private use only and is not to be used in a professional capacity.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings at any time should this be deemed necessary,
General Health & Safety
- If you see anything that is a potential Health and Safety issue, please bring it to our attention as soon as possible.
- Please do not allow your dogs to dig holes in the field. If they do, please do your best to fill them in and bring it to our attention. Similarly, please be aware that this is a natural environment and you will be sharing with wildlife e.g rabbits, who may have made holes of their own. We cannot prevent this but please let us know if you spot any that need our attention.
- Children are very welcome at the field on the basis that they do not climb on any fences or gates. They must be supervised at all times.

By hiring Hepworth Walking Field for private use you agree to the above Terms and Conditions and;
No claim can be made against the field owners for any loss or damage that may be sustained whilst using the facility. This is a dog's playing area and you are solely responsible for yourselves and your dogs.

- Please park in the double gateway off Church Lane (see map)
- Please do not park on Church Lane or obstruct the highway.
- The concrete hard standing opposite the Church is not for public use, so please refrain from using this space to park.
- Vehicles are not permitted on the field.
- Entry into the field is through the pedestrian gate. This is located off the lane to the recreation ground,
- Input the padlock code from top to bottom.

Please be timely and respect other people's bookings and session slots.
- If you are late, unfortunately your booking cannot be extended of refunded.
- On arrival, please observe the field and should there be another person using it, wait in your vehicle (or at a safe distance from the entrance if on foot).
- DO NOT ENTER THE FIELD IF SOMEONE ELSE IS IN THERE.
- Dogs should remain on the lead when entering and exiting the field.
- Please ensure that the gate is fully closed when you are in the field.
- Close and secure the gate when you leave, scrambling the padlock code, even if the next person is waiting.
